📝 Ingredients:


  • All-purpose flour – 3 cups  
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp  
  • Salt – 1 tsp  
  • Instant yeast – 2 tsp  
  • Warm milk – 1 cup  
  • Butter – 3 tbsp (softened)  
  • Egg – 1 (optional, for rich taste)  
  • Warm water – as needed  
  • Egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk (for egg wash)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:


1. Activate yeast: In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.  

2. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and butter. Add yeast mixture and egg.  

3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until soft and elastic. Add warm water if needed.  

4. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place (until doubled).  

5. Punch down the dough, divide into equal balls, and shape into buns.  

6. Place on greased tray, cover, and let rise again for 30 mins.  

7. Brush with egg wash.  

8. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.  

9. Let cool and enjoy!
